Action for Children and Royal Mail

Action for Children's internationally acclaimed Blues Programme, funded by Royal Mail, is tackling the early signs of depression and mental health issues amongst young people in schools.

The Blues Programme aims to support young people who are suffering from, or who are at risk of developing depression and other mental health problems. 75% of mental health problems develop by the time someone is 18. By acting early to spot and reduce the signs of anxiety and depression, this pioneering preventative programme is supporting the long term mental health and wellbeing of thousands of teenagers across the UK.
