Long to Reign Over Us
On Wednesday 9 September 2015, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II will become the longest-reigning UK monarch, as she surpasses the 63 years and 216 days achieved by Queen Victoria by a day. This is such an important milestone in British history that we felt it was worthy of becoming a very special addition to the 2015 Stamp Programme.
