2013 sees the 150th anniversary of the birth of Sir Henry Royce, who established Rolls-Royce with Charles Rolls; as well as the centenary of Aston Martin’s founding. We mark these important anniversaries with a Special issue that features two of their finest creations, together with four more legendary British thoroughbreds and four of our nation’s most iconic workhorse.

On the 7th July 2013, Andy Murray became the first British man to win the Gentlemen's Singles title at Wimbledon since 1936. To celebrate this momentous result Royal Mail will issue a four stamp Miniature Sheet featuring Murray in action in this classic final including one showing him kissing the famous trophy.
